There is a greater element of competition for every organisation and a drive to become more dynamically commercial.

The Commercial Awareness Assessments should be used for all staff to assess basic commercial awareness skills.

At a higher level the Assessments would be aimed at your commercial staff ie sales and or marketing personnel who interact with customers on a regular basis.
