How does COLA work?

After registering and logging into the system you will be given a number of credits.
Each credit represents a test or Assessment. You simply select the sector you wish to test and the competency area and level for example the Health and Safety sector and the working at heights competency.

The majority of test are broken down into beginner, intermediate and advanced levels. Depending upon the job role of the individual, depends upon the level of test ie an office worker would take the beginner fire precautions test, a team leader or building manager would take the intermediate fire precautions test and a safety manager would take the advanced fire precautions test.

Each test asks a minimum of 15 multiple choice questions. The questions are made up of text and pictures. The questions are taken from a 'test bank' of questions and are totally randomised so individual should never receive the same set of questions twice

Once an individual has taken a test they will be instantly given their result and can print off a report as proof of their test result. Some clients keep these reports in an individuals personnel file as a record of their skill level.
COLA records the data from each test so you can easily gain a training record or duplicate copies of any Assessment results by logging in to your private account.
